By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, do not use the Software.
When you launch and use BeamTech, the Software automatically collects the following identifiers:
We do not collect passwords, payment details, personal names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond authentication and security as described above.
All collected identifiers are stored securely on BeamTech's servers. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to this data is strictly limited to BeamTech's core development team and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Your data is retained for as long as you hold an active license with BeamTech. If you request deletion of your data, your identifiers will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
BeamTech uses Discord as part of its verification process. When you link your Discord account during onboarding, your Discord ID is stored as described above. BeamTech does not receive or store any other Discord account information. You should review Discord's own Privacy Policy for information on how Discord handles your data.
BeamTech does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or third-party data brokers.
The Software is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that data promptly.
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, or to request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact BeamTech through our official Discord server once it becomes available.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Software after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Our official Discord server is coming soon. Once live, it will be the primary channel for any privacy-related questions or requests. BeamTech is operated from Virginia, United States.
